Michael Lacey
Founder & CEO
Michael founded Digineer in 1998 at the age of 29 and built it into an award-winning firm. A visionary, strategic thinker and innovative problem solver, he cares deeply about the success of our community, clients and team. Fortune Small Business named him one of Winning Workplaces' Best Bosses in 2006.
Ahmed Maaraba
Vice President of Operations
Ahmed bridges sales, marketing, recruiting and delivery to ensure client and employee satisfaction, and drives our strategy and financial goals. He has more than 20 years of management consulting and operations experience and a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.
Lucinda DuToit
Vice President of Human Resources
Lucinda leads every aspect of Digineer's human resources, from candidate quality and performance management to development, compensation, benefits and employee relations. She previously served as Director of HR at Shavlik Technologies.
Brandon Lammers
Finance Manager
Brandon joined Digineer in 2015. He leads forecasting and financial planning and builds long-term relationships with our banking and insurance partners. He was previously Director of Finance at MPC and holds a BS in Accounting from Metropolitan State University.
Kelly Van Ravenhorst
Head of Talent Acquisition
Kelly joined Digineer in 2005 as a recruiter, moved into resource management and now leads talent acquisition, a testament to the internal career growth we foster. She has 15+ years in professional services and a BS in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
